RETURN POLICY

Items can be returned FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY in original condition (unworn, unwashed) within 14 days. Returns only, no exchanges. Adult items, sale items and grab bags are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items purchased with a discount are final sale. Holiday specific items are not eligible for return after said holiday. Preorder items are not eligible for return. 

HOW TO: Please log in to your customer account and access your order to start the return process. Please click on the "return item" button on your order page. This will start the return process. If your order is approved please return to:

Processing time for returns is up to 15 days from delivery.

In the event that your return is not accepted due to lack of pre approval, wear, odor, stains, pet hair or any other reason - we will be in touch with you regarding why and give you options. You will be able to pay for a label to have the item(s) returned back to you, or we can donate on your behalf. In the event that we decide to accept a return that is not eligible, we will issue store credit ONLY. 

COMBINING ORDERS

We are unable to combine multiple orders and refund shipping. If you would like to add onto an existing order prior to shipment, please reach out via email to do so and we will do our best to help.

DELIVERY 

Items that show as delivered via tracking information are not eligible for replacement or refunds. If you find that your package shows as delivered, but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office for further information. 

TURNAROUND TIME

While we try to have many items RTS (ready to ship), some require a lead time.  Please expect your item to ship within seven business days. If you have any questions or concerns regarding an order, please send us an email!

 

Information I Collect:

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. I use your information to provide the services you requested and my legitimate interest to improve my services, and 2) Compliance with the Seller Policy and Terms of Use. Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for minimal reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Service providers.

I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

  2. enforce my agreements, terms, and policies;

Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and, as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time: 4 years.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.


Your Rights

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:

Access.

You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have the right to change, restrict my use, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons), I will generally delete your personal information upon request.


Object.

You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using it or if needed for legal reasons.

Complain

As described in our Privacy Policy, we collect personal information from your interactions with us and our website, including through cookies and similar technologies.
